Shipping Policy


Applicable sales tax will be added to your order for shipments to residents of Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Texas and Washington.


Overnight or 2nd, 3rd Day Express Delivery

Express delivery is available for an additional charge. You should contact us at1-909-598-7029or via email at orders@nasunlighting.com if you need express delivery. We will notify you of the additional costs before your order is shipped.


Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact us the same day that you placed your order at1-909-598-7029. Many orders ship the same day, so we need to know as soon as possible that you wish to cancel or have changes. Nasun customer service hours are Monday - Friday (Pacific Time). You may also e-mail us at orders@nasunlighting.com. Again, please remember that most items ship within 2 to 3 business days.

·   We do not provide return shipping labels or reimburse for same unless a shipping error is involved. You can use the most inexpensive means of postal mail or ground service to ship us your return.

·   A 17% restocking charge applies to any item(s) being returned for refund.

·   17% restocking charge is waived if you exchange for something of equal or greater value or wish to have us issue a store credit for future purchases at NASUNLIGHTING.COM.

UPS Ground
From the time of receipt, all orders are shipped within 24 hours via UPS ground. UPS will not deliver to
boxes, please provide a street address. Please verify that your shipping information is correct prior to submitting your order.

 
Non-Continental

Non-Continental US: Orders to
, , and US territories will be shipped by United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We will calculate the shipping charge, based on the size and weight of the parcel, and email you with the shipping cost. We will ship your order only after receiving your approval.

International

We require payment in the form of an International Money Order in USD funds, payable to Nasun Group USA, Inc., for all international orders.
Sorry, we are not able to accept credit cards for international orders. Upon receipt of your order, we will calculate the least expensive shipping method, based on the size and weight of the order. We will then email you with the shipping cost and method for your approval, before you mail your payment.

Export Requirements and Laws shall be followed and adhered to.

Canadian orders are subject to duty fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
